Compensation: Up to $55/hr (*based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to support an Extended School Year (ESY) program in Natick, MA. This role focuses on providing general school nursing services to elementary-aged students who require accommodations, including students with ASD and ADHD .
Responsibilities

Administer daily medications as prescribed

Perform student health assessments and triage

Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student health needs

Document care and encounters accurately

Maintain health records using the SNAP school documentation system and paper filing

Support a safe and inclusive school environment
Requirements
-
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
-
Experience working as a school nurse or with pediatric populations preferred
-
If the position extends beyond the initial contract, the nurse must be willing to obtain a DESE license

Minimum Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment

Bachelor's Degree, preferred
-
School Nurse Certification as required by state or contract
-
One year of school nursing, public health or pediatric experience, preferred

Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
-
Current CPR if applicable
-
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
-
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
-
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
-
Must be at least 18 years of age
